History
The development history of Changge City Xinkuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a story of growth that began as a grassroots startup in a small workshop and gradually evolved into a standardized, large-scale, technologically advanced, and diversified enterprise. After more than two decades of steady development, the company has gradually become a leading enterprise in the field of curtain wall steel components, combining both scale and technical expertise. The specific milestones are outlined by phase as follows:
Diversification Phase
2025–present
Expand into new markets and unlock fresh growth.
In 2025, the company further expanded its business scope, adding photovoltaic equipment manufacturing and window and door technology R&D to its portfolio. Moving beyond the single‑line of curtain wall steel component processing, it extended into new areas such as photovoltaic system integration and precision‑crafted steel windows and doors, successfully unlocking a second growth trajectory and achieving diversified development.
Since 2026, the company has consistently focused on high-value-added products such as custom‑shaped precision steel, T‑section precision steel, and angle steel, with a particular emphasis on serving high‑end curtain wall and building‑integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) projects. By continuously strengthening its industry leadership, the company is steadily advancing toward its corporate vision of becoming a technology‑driven, diversified, and internationally oriented enterprise.
Tech Upgrade Phase
2022–2024
Qualification Breakthrough and a Leap in Technological Capabilities
From 2022 to 2023, thanks to its sustained R&D investment and technological accumulation, the company was successively recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Specialized, Sophisticated, and Novel SME in Henan Province, and a Technology-Based SME. Its technical prowess and industry standing have thus received official endorsement, officially elevating it to the ranks of leading enterprises in the sector.
In 2023, the company experienced a surge in patent achievements, with a cumulative total of 30 national patents, including two invention patents. These patents span key product areas such as embedded components, curtain wall connections, and precision steel products. The workshop has also introduced six-axis welding robots, significantly boosting production automation, further ensuring consistent product quality, and reducing manufacturing costs.
In 2024, the company continued to refine its R&D efforts and secured multiple utility‑model patents, including those for “embedded‑part bases” and “curtain‑wall anti‑detachment devices.” Meanwhile, production capacity expanded steadily, with annual output value surpassing RMB 120–200 million, a workforce exceeding 150 employees, and daily output of over 15,000 post‑installed embedded panels. The company has thus progressively emerged as one of the leading players in China’s curtain‑wall steel‑component sector.
Transformation & Expansion Phase
2019–2021
Industrial chain optimization and comprehensive market expansion
In 2019, the company registered the “Xinkuan” trademark, officially embarking on a brand‑driven business strategy, while simultaneously initiating applications for utility model patents, gradually transitioning from a “production‑and‑processing” model to a “technology‑driven” one.
In December 2020, the company established its own electro‑galvanizing plant and subsequently added a hot‑dip galvanizing production line, successfully creating an end-to-end industrial chain spanning “raw materials—processing—galvanizing—sales.” This not only significantly improved product delivery efficiency but also enabled effective cost control, thereby markedly strengthening the company’s core competitiveness.
In February 2021, the company relocated to No. 1, Row 7, Zone 1 of the Steel Logistics Park in Laocheng Town, Changge City. The new facility now covers an area of over 20,000 square meters and includes a 1,200-square-meter office building, establishing a large-scale, standardized production base and significantly boosting production capacity.
In 2021, the company accelerated its market expansion by establishing branch offices and supply-chain subsidiaries in Guangzhou, Huizhou, and other locations, effectively expanding its reach across South China. Its products now serve more than 40 provinces and municipalities nationwide, while the company also embarked on internationalization, exporting to countries including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and East Timor. That same year, it obtained certification under the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization framework, further advancing the deep integration of information technology and industrialization to enhance production and operational efficiency.
Standardization Phase
2015–2018
Paving the way for capacity expansion and brand transformation
From 2015 to 2018, the company focused on the manufacturing and sales of curtain wall steel components and construction machinery parts, continuously investing in the upgrading of production equipment. It introduced advanced machinery such as CNC punch‑shears and laser cutting systems, thereby significantly enhancing production capacity and machining accuracy. The company gradually established partnerships with major domestic curtain wall contractors, steadily expanding its customer base.
In 2017, the company completed its upgrade to general taxpayer status and obtained approval for the maximum invoicing limit for special VAT invoices, thereby better meeting the invoicing needs of major clients and providing robust support for business expansion.
On November 12, 2018, the company embarked on a significant transformation: first, the company name was officially changed to “Changge XinKuan Technology Development Co., Ltd.,” upgrading its focus from “curtain wall steel components” to “technology development” and clearly defining a strategic direction toward R&D and business diversification; second, a shareholder change was completed—Wang Jiangling stepped down, while Wang Jinfang joined—resulting in an adjusted equity structure of 71.42% held by Wang Xiaofeng and 28.57% held by Wang Jinfang; third, the office location was relocated to the Shuangchuang Building in Changge City, establishing an integrated “office–R&D” model and laying the groundwork for future technological innovation.
Early startup phase
2004–2015
From simple processing to corporate standardization
In 2004, founder Wang Xiaofeng resigned to start his own business. He leased a 100-square-meter makeshift workshop in Dongcun Town, Changge City, and, with just one used punch press, launched a manufacturing operation producing simple steel components such as curtain wall accessories, embedded plates, and angle brackets, marking his first step into entrepreneurship.
From 2004 to 2015, the company remained focused on the fabrication of curtain‑wall steel components, steadily building up its production equipment and customer base. It transitioned from a fragmented, ad‑hoc processing model to mass production, with its business scale expanding steadily. During this period, the company relocated its facility to Gangzhang Village in Laocheng Town, becoming one of the earliest local curtain‑wall steel‑component manufacturers to achieve specialized operations.
On June 23, 2015, “Changge Xinkuan Curtain Wall Steel Components Co., Ltd.” was officially registered and established, with a registered capital of RMB 7 million. The legal representative is Wang Xiaofeng, and the shareholders are Wang Xiaofeng and Wang Jiangling, marking the company’s successful transition to corporate status and standardized operations, and its entry onto a path of professional development.
